Fybroids

Uterine fybroids is a far universal problem than what you believe. Nearly 80% of women develop them at a certain point during their reproductive years, nevertheless a large number of women do not experience any problems, since their fybroids are extremely small.

Fybroids can cause serious symptoms including but not limited to swelling in the abdomen, and frequent urination or digestive complaints, depending on where a large fybroid is located. They might also cause painful or heavy periods, and you may experience pain during sexual intercourse if your fybroid is located near the cervix. However some women do not go for a diagnosis until the fybroids start to cause symptoms. This is not because they do not want to go but they are not aware of any problems.

It is possible to detect fybroids through several methods. A doctor can feel for them while examining the area around the pelvis or he can perform an ultrasound test to detect their location as well as to have an idea of the size of the tumors. Other methods of detecting them are through x-ray, CAT scans and hysterosalpingogram. Some methods of clear-cut diagnosis are rigorous which include laparoscopy surgery or hysteroscopy. In both these procedures, surgical instruments are introduced into the body and anaesthesia has to be administered for it.

A doctor might offer you two choices, depending on how severe the fybroids are: pharmaceuticals, or surgical procedures. The pharmaceuticals usually prescribed for fybroids are forms of birth control pills that introduce artificial progesterone into your body in order to stop fybroids from growing, but they also have the ability to prevent pregnancy.

Another non birth control drug called Gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist is prescribed to lower the body’s production of hormones, but neither are an option if you plan to have more babies. These drugs can cause severe side effects in some women such as a state similar to menopause. This comes with a whole list of side effects normal during female menopause such as hot flashes, decreased sex drive, depression, joint pain, a loss of bone density, and insomnia.

Hysterectomy, myomectomy and Uterine Fybroid Embolization are the surgical choices for fybroids. Surgery is not a feasible alternative for some women since they are scared of being operated upon, thus they search for different alternatives that do not require surgery and have zero side effects.

Most non-organic food purchased in the stores have been treated with chemicals to accelerate the growth of the plant or animal, and this chemical build up in our bodies is what causes fybroids to grow. So the first thing i suggest to a client with fybroids is to switch to organic foods all across the board. Organic foods are foods grown or raised without the use of unnatural chemicals. I also suggest reducing the consumption of meat and dairy products.

Unluckily, such chemicals cannot be decomposed by the human body and pile up. The chemicals accumulate over time and result in more fybroid growth which is the reason why the fybroids get worse as the women get older. To remove the chemicals a four week body cleanse is necessary, during which the consumption of green superfoods is increased, which assist the body to get rid of such chemicals in less time.
